The listed fees are net amounts.

A VAT of 23% should be added to the stated amounts. However, individuals financing their conference participation from public funds may qualify for VAT exemption.

To qualify for VAT exemption, an electronic declaration stating that the conference participation is financed by public funds must be sent immediately after payment to the following email address: molecules_light2025@amu.edu.pl. The declaration must be signed by individuals authorized to make commitments on behalf of the institution. Declaration form available for download: VAT Declaration

The conference fee covers:

– participation in all lectures and the poster session;
– conference materials (including the electronic Book of Abstracts);
– coffee breaks
– lunches
– conference dinner
– excursion


The conference fee does not cover:

– accommodation
– travel expenses;
– medical, accident and liability insurance;
– visa fees.

01.07.2025-31.07.2025: 50% refund
From 01.08.2025: No refund

Conference venue
The conference will be organized at the Morasko Campus of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań at the Faculty of Chemistry (Uniwersytetu Poznańskiego 8; chemia.amu.edu.pl). The best way to get from the City Centre to the Campus is to use tram No. 16,12,14 or 15 and then walk for 8 minutes.
